Details:	GROWING INSTRUCTIONS Add crystals to solution of Cheshunt compound. Leave to soak and swell. Gradually add seed compost to mixture and mix until absorbed and mixture is soft and moist. Place into peat pots and press down. With tweezers, put two seeds 1cm down into compost. Place in propagator, in light sunny position or greenhouse. As seedlings grow-after 10-14 days-briefly ventilate during day. Remove any seed shells that may remain attached to emerging seedlings. When growth is stronger, uncover by day but cover at night with heat off. If pots look dry, water sparingly. When seedlings are showing leaves and roots, plant in larger pot and water well. Peat pot will eventually disintegrate. Support growing plant with thin sticks. Change to larger stick as plant grows. Fertilizer can now be added to the water to feed plants. Keep plant in pot during first winter and protect from frost before planting out the following spring in sunny, well drained position. Small bluish/purple flowers will show the first year it is planted out. When harvesting, wear surgical or rubber gloves as acid in your skin will damage unripe fruit. (Won't affect ripe fruit). Plant can grow up to 8-10ft. Prune annually. Protect from frost.
